Is the free plan actually free?
Yes, it’s absolutely free, no strings attached, including up to 10 contributors.
How does Spectral count contributors?
Spectral defines contributors as a developer who contributed code to a scanned repo in the last 90 days. We do not count contributors using our open source projects.
How does Spectral secure my data?
Spectral places the utmost importance on data security. As such ,we never store, index, or offload sensitive file contents to another place — in or out of your data centers (not even temporary files) – all the scanning happens in real time in-memory.
Is support included?
We offer chat and self service support for free tier contributors. For Professional plan subscribers, we also assign a dedicated Customer Success Manager for continuous guidance and support.
Does Spectral store any credit card information in its systems?
No. All credit card activity and information is handled by our third-party provider, Stripe (see Stripe’s Terms and Services).
